My semester 3 project is a 2-story retail/office building located at 46th St and 16th Ave NW. The building features multiple retail units on the first floor, a restaurant, and a care facility.

On the second floor, there are 4 offices. The building is a steel-framed construction featuring aluminum composite cladding and a wood facade covering the office building windows.

This building is a good showcase of my knowledge with steel construction, my proficiency with using land use bylaw and national building code on a local site, as opposed to my capstone, and my experience working on a smaller project.
